Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Design and implement a rigorous curriculum that aligns with the AP English Language & Composition course requirements and standards.
Incorporate a diverse range of texts, including non-fiction, rhetorical analyses, and contemporary literature, to deepen student understanding of language and composition.
Instruction:
Deliver high-quality instruction focused on developing students' writing skills, critical reading, and analytical thinking.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of course material.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on student writing, helping them to refine their skills and prepare for the AP exam.
