Position Summary:
The Cambridge Head Teacher is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Cambridge Department within the school. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of Cambridge-based curriculum and programs, ensuring the highest quality of education for students, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development and Implementation:
Implement a comprehensive Cambridge-based curriculum that aligns with the school's mission and the requirements of Cambridge International Examinations.
Ensure the effective delivery of Cambridge-based subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and other relevant subjects.
Monitor and evaluate the curriculum to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.

Teacher Leadership and Development:
Recruit, select, and develop a high-quality team of Cambridge-qualified teachers.
Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
Mentor and support teachers in their professional growth and development.

Student Achievement and Assessment:
Monitor student progress and achievement in Cambridge-based subjects.
Implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning and provide feedback.
Ensure that students are well-prepared for Cambridge International Examinations.

School Events and community Engagement:
Lead or work with all departments to coordinate and organize school events.
Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community.
Communicate effectively about the Cambridge program and its benefits.
Collaborate with other departments within the school to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with Cambridge International Examinations standards and regulations.
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of education.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in education or a related field.
Have 3 to 5 years of teaching experience and 1 to 2 experiences leading an academic team in a school environment
Proven experience as a Senior or Head Teacher or a similar leadership role in a school environment.
Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Examinations and its curriculum frameworks.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
