Now Hiring: Chief Curriculum Designer for Chinese Learning and Teaching (Elementary Level)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chief Curriculum Designer for Chinese Learning and Teaching (Elementary Level) to develop a Chinese language curriculum aligned with the Thai Ministry of Education standards. This role requires close collaboration with Thai and Chinese teams, as well as teachers, to ensure high-quality and effective teaching materials. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching Chinese in Thailand and possess a deep understanding of the Thai curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop a Chinese language curriculum for elementary school students in alignment with the Thai Ministry of Education standards.
Lesson Planning & Materials Development: Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that support effective learning.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Thai and Chinese teams, school administrators, and teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and smooth implementation.
Teacher Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to Chinese teachers on curriculum implementation and best teaching practices.
Quality Assurance & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and student performance.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all educational materials meet Thai educational regulations and learning objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Teaching, Chinese Language, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai (both spoken and written).
English proficiency is an advantage.

Experience:
Prior experience teaching Chinese in Thailand is required.
Familiarity with the Thai curriculum and educational system.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of curriculum design and lesson planning.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with teams from different cultural backgrounds.
Ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in teacher training or educational leadership.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology tools.
Understanding of language acquisition theories for young learners.
