Recent experience at Senior Leadership Level
Minimum of 8 years recent teaching experience
Recent experience of leading and managing change at a whole school level
Bachelor of Education or Subject Degree with relevant teaching qualification e.g. PGCE plus Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
Substantial professional development which is relevant to the post and recent.
Desirable
Ability to lead change management
Experience in Restorative Justice for schools
Teaching experience in an International School.
