BISP is a leading day and boarding school, serving students aged 2-18 from the international community in the Asia-Pacific region.

British International School, Phuket (BISP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Admissions to join our team. This pivotal role will lead the Marketing, Admissions, and Events departments, with the responsibility of establishing BISP as a market leader in international education in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will drive the school’s marketing and communications strategy, manage admissions processes, and oversee major school events, while ensuring the school's brand is effectively communicated both locally and globally. (Start date available by negotiation)

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

+ Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance BISP’s profile both regionally and globally.
+ Collaborate with the Chief Brand Strategist to promote BISP and the AOI brand across all platforms.
+ Oversee the school website, social media, and digital marketing efforts, managing the marketing team to ensure high-quality output.
+ Build and maintain an international network of agents and media outlets to drive visibility.
+ Ensure the consistent production of high-quality graphics and branded materials.

Admissions:
+ Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficiency and positive experiences for prospective families.
+ Conduct school tours and interviews, and manage student registration.

Events:
+ Supervise the Events department, ensuring smooth planning and execution of major events such as Summer Camp, Soccer 7s, and Graduation.

School Shop:
+ Oversee branding and product sourcing for the school shop, ensuring alignment with BISP’s identity.
+ Collaborate with the COO and CFO on budgeting, costing, and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills:
# Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
# Proven experience in marketing and/or management, with a strong track record in a leadership role.
# Knowledge of international education is highly desirable.
# Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
# High level of technology literacy and a service-oriented mindset.
