Job Description:

Curriculum Development:
Create detailed lesson plans aligned with the government-approved curriculum, incorporating diverse learning methods and activities to cater to different student abilities.
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, discussions, group work, presentations, and hands-on activities.
Student Assessment:
Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Individualized Support:
Identify students requiring additional support and provide tailored interventions to address learning gaps.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment, promoting student participation and respect for classroom rules.
Collaboration:
Work effectively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning.
 

Specific Responsibilities for an English Teacher:
Language Skills:

Teach grammar rules, vocabulary development, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing mechanics, and oral communication skills.
Literature Analysis:
Introduce students to various literary genres, analyzing texts to enhance reading comprehension and critical thinking.
Communication Skills:
Foster effective communication through conversation practice, debates, and role-playing activities.
 

Specific Responsibilities for a Math Teacher:
Mathematical Concepts:

Teach core math concepts like arithmetic operations, algebra, geometry, statistics, and probability.
Problem Solving:
Develop students' problem-solving skills through challenging applications and real-world scenarios.
Critical Thinking:
Encourage logical reasoning and critical thinking by asking open-ended questions and facilitating discussions.
 

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English or Mathematics (depending on the subject)
Teaching certification or license recognized by the government
Strong understanding of the prescribed curriculum and assessment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to diverse learning styles
