Carroll Preparatory Primary & Preschool in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated English Teacher (NES) to inspire and educate young learners. If you are passionate about shaping the future through education, we welcome you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans using interactive methods like games, hands-on activities, and group projects.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Promote a love for learning and help students build confidence in the English language.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching young learners (kindergarten and primary levels).
- Proficiency in creating lesson plans focused on active learning.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and child development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to cultivate an inclusive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with project-based learning and the project approach.
