Due to continued expansion and growth, Dubai British School Jumeirah Park are seeking a Head of Performing Arts to join our thriving school, set in the heart of the Jumeirah Park community.

Requirements:
Education:
· A high-quality degree in a relevant subject area and recognised teaching qualification
Experience:
· At least two years proven leadership experience in a performing arts setting, with a deep understanding of both drama and music.
· Experience managing large-scale productions and performances at a high level.
Competencies:
· A sound understanding of the relevant curriculum, leadership and mentoring skills.
· Experience managing large-scale productions and performances at a high level.
· A passion for nurturing talent and inspiring students to achieve excellence in the performing arts.
· Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Our School

Our Curriculum
DBSJP follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture. The opportunities that students enjoy outside the classroom are just as important as the main curriculum and we offer an extensive, competitive, and varied extra-curricular activities programme.
