RBIS International School is seeking an exceptional Head of Primary to lead our thriving and inclusive Primary section, serving students from EY to year 6. The Role:
As Head of Primary, you will:
Lead a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence while nurturing their individual passions and interests.
Promote collaboration between staff, parents, and the wider school community.
Maintain and develop innovative teaching practices aligned with the school’s ethos of global citizenship and character development.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a similar role within an international or British curriculum school.
A passion for holistic education and a student-centred approach.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments is highly desirable.
A commitment to the vision and values of RBIS, including promoting critical thinking, compassion, resilience, and creativity.
