
We are now looking for experienced and qualified applicants to join our team as a Kindergarten Supervisor at Chindamanee School! If you’re passionate about early childhood education and leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
LOCATION: Chindamanee School, Chomthong (Near BTS Talat Phlu & The Mall Lifestore Thapra)
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:40 AM - 4:30 PM
SALARY: 45,000 - 55,000 Baht/month (Negotiable for Non-Native Speakers)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support kindergarten teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management.
- Ensure adherence to early childhood education standards and best practices.
- Develop and oversee lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment for young children.
- Conduct teacher training and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring individualized support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa.
- Non-Native Speakers: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate teachers and staff.
