Your Role:
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support active learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where children feel confident to explore and express themselves.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities and play-based learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
- Continuously reflect on and improve teaching strategies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (other degrees may be considered).
- Some experience in teaching young children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
