Job Description: Assistant Montessori Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team and support the holistic development of students.
Responsibilities
Assist the lead teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum.
Prepare and maintain classroom materials and environment.
Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.
Observe and support students’ individual learning needs.
Foster independence, discipline, and curiosity in children.
Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with parents when needed.
Qualifications
Certification in Montessori education (preferred)/ freshers can apply training provided
Previous experience in a Montessori environment (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
