Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about early childhood education, understand child development, and be skilled in fostering a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. The teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons using a blend of PBL and Montessori methods to support the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Montessori approaches.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and collaboration.
Guide children through hands-on activities, group projects, and individual learning experiences.
Foster a love for learning by introducing basic literacy, numeracy, and scientific inquiry.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding the progress and development of their children.
Monitor and assess the individual progress of students and tailor teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Encourage positive behavior, social interaction, and self-regulation in a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and improve the school’s curriculum and activities.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Montessori certification or knowledge of the Montessori approach is highly preferred.
Experience in Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is an advantage.

Ability to collaborate with other educators and contribute to a positive school culture.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
