Job Title: Preschool Teacher – Cocoon Preschool & Daycare (Kavesar Thane)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at Cocoon Preschool & Daycare in Kavesar Thane. You will play a key role in fostering a creative, safe, and enriching environment for children, ensuring their holistic development and preparing them for future learning stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, cognitive, and motor skills.
Create a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment.
Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing personalized attention as needed.
Communicate with parents about their child's growth and development through meetings and reports.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health guidelines.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a harmonious atmosphere.
Encourage creativity, exploration, and curiosity in children.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori certification, or related field.
Prior experience working with children aged 2-6 in a preschool setting.
Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing attitude.
