Role Overview:
As a Homeroom Teacher at Anuban Phayao, you will be assigned to a grade for one academic year. You will work closely with a Thai co-teacher to teach a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Arts, and Health. You will also guide students in activities, help them develop social and emotional skills, and create a positive, supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic subjects including English, Maths, Science, Arts, and Health, alongside a Thai co-teacher.
- Instruct students in various activities and school projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
- Foster a positive classroom environment and encourage student participation.
- Collaborate with the Thai co-teacher and other staff members to ensure effective teaching and smooth classroom management.
- Maintain communication with parents and school administrators regarding students' progress and well-being.
- Adapt to the dynamic school environment and be flexible with scheduling and school activities.

Who We Are Looking For:
We need teachers who are:

- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the school schedule and activities.
- Patient and understanding, especially when working with young learners.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a Thai co-teacher and building positive relationships with local staff.
- Able to take initiative in classroom management and activities.
- Proactive in providing guidance and support to students both academically and emotionally.
- Culturally aware and open to learning about and embracing Thai culture.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and able to engage students with a variety of teaching methods.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Maths, Science or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred).
- Previous teaching experience (preferably with primary school students).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a Thai school teaching environment (preferred but not required).

- Between 30,000 - 35,000 Thai Baht. Negotiable
