Your Role:
Teach English, Math, Science, and Project-Based Learning (PBL) using engaging and hands-on learning strategies.
Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and student abilities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment.
Integrate technology, active learning, and real-world connections into lessons.
Work closely with specialist teachers to create cross-curricular learning experiences.
Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
Build strong home-school partnerships through effective parent communication.

Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field
Native English speaker
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Primary-aged students
Passion for inquiry-based and differentiated learning
Experience with Finnish or international curricula (preferred)
Strong team player who enjoys collaboration
