We are Looking for Primary Teachers ( All Subjects )
As a Primary Teacher, you will be the primary point of contact for a specific group of students, providing academic guidance, emotional support, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management:
Create a welcoming, supportive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
Student Support:
Serve as a mentor and advocate for students, providing academic guidance, emotional support, and encouragement
Curriculum and Instruction:
Plan and deliver daily lessons and activities that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives, integrating cross-curricular themes as appropriate.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students, providing additional support or enrichment as needed
Parent and Guardian Communication:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Administrative Duties:
Take attendance daily, maintain accurate records of student performance, and complete required administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification or licensure relevant to the grade level and subject area being taught.
Previous teaching experience, preferably in a homeroom or similar role, with a proven track record of fostering student success.
