Role Overview
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that incorporate project-based learning to enrich children’s understanding. You will play a key role in creating a positive, stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons that align with the British curriculum, incorporating project-based approaches that encourage hands-on learning and cross-curricular connections.
Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students actively and develop essential skills such as communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Monitor, assess, and document children’s progress, using data to inform planning and communicate effectively with parents.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with SEND and EAL.
Maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere that promotes children’s well-being, confidence, and respect.
Collaborate with colleagues, subject specialists, and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.

Qualifications and Skills:
BEd (Hons) with QTS or equivalent OR University Degree with PGCE
Native English Speaker.
Experience teaching in a Primary School Setting, preferably within an international or multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning approaches.
Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and student well-being.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Familiarity with UK and Ireland safeguarding practices and policies.
