We are looking to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic and talented ICT Technical Support
Required for Mid November:
Responsibility:
Leading the ICT team to ensure the smooth operation of the school’s IT systems an
providing support to staff and students;
Maintain, support, repair, install, configure and manage ICT resources;
Support inventory control practices of ICT resources;
Provide technical support to the Network Administrator when needed with respect to network and server administration and system development;
Candidates with programming skills are preferred.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice/Assistant Principal;
Requirements:
Applicants with a recognized Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Computing or Computer Science discipline
Holder of MCP / MCITP / CNNA or a related certificate
Good communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiarity with current operating systems 10/11, hardware and mainstream software
Experience in using / support in MacOS
Experience in using Google Workspace for Education Plus and Microsoft A3 Platform including rollout and set up of Microsoft infrastructure.
