Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee SEN programs and strategies
Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for inclusivity
Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students
Qualifications:
BEd and a relevant SEN qualification
Experience working with students with diverse needs
Strong communication and leadership skills
