
Norwich International School Bangkok is looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced coaches to lead and develop our student teams in Football, Basketball, and Volleyball. This is an exciting opportunity for coaches who are passionate about sports and youth development, with the ability to inspire and motivate our school teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience coaching Football, Basketball or Volleyball at the school team or club level.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor student-athletes.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-school training sessions and weekends.
Ability to accompany student teams to competitions and provide ongoing support.
A strong moral character, with a commitment to promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Passion for coaching and the ability to create an engaging and positive training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead structured training programs that develop students’ skills and teamwork.
Prepare teams for competitions and school tournaments, fostering a competitive and supportive team culture.
Serve as a role model, instilling discipline, perseverance, and respect in young athletes.
Ensure a safe and encouraging environments for all students.
Collaborate with school staff to align sports training with student well-being and academic balance.
