Position: English Teacher
Job Description:
As an English Teacher at GCIS School, you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assessing and evaluating student progress through a variety of methods, including tests, projects, and presentations.
Providing individualized support to students to enhance their understanding of the English language and literature.
Encouraging critical thinking and a love for reading and writing through creative activities and discussions.
Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Experience in developing and implementing curriculum (preferred).
